Two horses in a field of yellow flowers

It was fun to paint my neighbors horses "Happy" and "Jerry". I wanted to paint this view last year but the neighbor cleared his field of flowers before I had a chance. He said it was a good thing I asked permission this year because he was just about to start up the machine and clear the field. I set up my easel and the curious horses stayed right next to me so I did a sketch and painted the view first. Eventually the horses went for a walk in the sun and I was able to quickly paint them in.
