We had a bad storm recently and we’re advised to stay indoors which we did. Next day though, after the storm warning had been lifted, we head down to the coast hoping for some lovely waves to paint. We weren’t disappointed and, more over, surprised by the astounding colours of the sea. The wind was still strong, it kept tearing the easel away and bringing in the sand onto the paper and yet it was an absolute joy to paint! I hope you can feel it!
