Waterfalls are one of my favorite subjects to paint. This smaller cascade flows from the almost 70ft. Tiffany Falls but possesses all the elements needed for a subject worth painting. The playful splashing silver water over the angular moss covered rock drew my deserved attention. My process involves lots of layers to capture depth. I used palette knife, shaper and small brushes to get needed details.
