Lost and found edges, limited warm colors, and a captivating subject for my painting "Serene Isabelle" made this all come together. I painted this as a demonstration for one of my workshops and the limited time kept me loose and my colors fresh. I've been painting a series of Isabelle, I recently met her and asked if I could photograph her for a Watercolor Live video demonstration and keep finding reasons to paint her.
